  1. Mélanger la farine, le sucre, l’œuf la levure et le lait..

  3. Pétrir une dizaine de minutes..
  4. Couvrir et laisser reposer 1heure..
  5. Dégazer la pâte. Ajouter 125 g de sucre perle et pétrir 2/3minutes..
  6. Former des boules 50g environ et cuire dans le gaufrier..
